Under the banner ‘Machine protection expertise‘, the Beakbane team is setting out its stall at EMO in Hannover, the world’s largest machine tool exhibition.
The team reports a busy show with plenty of interest from visitors and the potential for significant new business.
Over 2000 manufacturers from around the globe are exhibiting at the show – including existing Beakbane customers such as Yamazaki Mazak – so the emphasis on the Beakbane stand is firmly on machine tool applications.
Machine protection products on show including moving displays of steel, concertina and lamella covers as well as armoured aprons, roller blinds and wipers.
Also highlighted are Beakbane’s fabrication services for the machine tool industry, with scaled down models of a machining centre tool magazine fabrication and a machine cladding set featured on the stand.
Visitors to EMO are not just machine tool industry professionals, they cover all aspects of production and manufacturing, so Beakbane is also showing off its range of bellows as well as its latest technology for lightweight, reinforced composite components.
Managing Director Mike Southwell said; “We are competing in world markets so it is vital that we show the world what we can do. EMO is the global showcase for the machine tool industry and we are looking forward to significant new business from the new contacts we have made.”
